Grilled Marinated Beef

Also from 180°C!

Mix together 4 tablespoons of cumin seeds (warm them in a pan for a minute or two before), 2 teaspoons of ground cumin, the juice of 2 limes, 6 tablespoons of olive oïl, salt, Pepper, a minced garlic clove, some fresh Ginger cut into small pièces (a thumb like piece), a teaspoon of chili sauce.

Marinate 600gr of beef cut into 2 by 2 cm pieces.

Grill for 2 to 3 min on each side.

If you use a pan, make sure you drain the beef off of the marinade, otherwise, it will boil.

Serve with rice of a yogurt / bell Pepper / cilantro / olive oil sauce.
